The Manatee-Sarasota Dental
Hygienists’ Association, Inc (MSDHA) is a component of the Florida Dental
Hygienists’ Association (FDHA), a constituent of the American Dental
Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), a non-profit organization.
As dental hygienists, we are a
community of professionals devoted to the prevention of disease and the
promotion and improvement of the public’s health. We are preventative oral
health professionals who provide educational, clinical, and therapeutic
services to the public. We strive to live meaningful, productive,
satisfying lives that simultaneously serve us, our profession, our
society, and the world. Our actions, behaviors, and attitudes are
consistent with our commitment to public service.
As
an organization we are providing educational courses for licensure renewal
and access to updates within the profession of dental hygiene, serving and
representing the voice and vision of registered dental hygienists in the
Manatee and
Sarasota counties.
The strength of our profession is reflected by our growing
membership. We encourage all hygienists to view membership in your
professional association as an essential component of your career as a
registered dental hygienist within your community.
